Dr Ambedkar Awas Yojana 2023 | Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana 2023-24 Details.

Objective of the scheme Who will benefit?
- This Most Housing is to be provided in a phased manner as a time-bound program to the economically weaker sections of the Scheduled Castes and especially the homeless living below the poverty line. Individuals having open plot, totally raw mud, grass shed, Kuba type house which is not habitable will benefit.
Eligibility for benefit:
- The Should not have been availed by the beneficiary or other family members of the beneficiary under any other housing scheme implemented by the Govt.
- The Annual income should not exceed ₹.1,20,000 in rural area and ₹.1,50,000 in urban area.
- The amount of building assistance will be ₹.1,20,000. In addition, those who are eligible for assistance of ₹.12,000 for toilets will be eligible separately as per the rules of the scheme. But, if the beneficiary is not eligible for toilet assistance then he/she will have to construct the toilet out of the mandatory assistance of ₹.1,20,000.
- On the building constructed under this scheme, the beneficiary has to put up a plaque as per “State Government's Ambedkar Awas Yojana”.
- The upper limit for building construction will be ₹.10,00,000 for urban areas and ₹.7,00,000 for rural areas. The above ceiling limit will not apply to the assistance provided under Affordable Housing Scheme in urban areas
- The construction of the house has to be completed within 2 years from the payment of the first installment of the building assistance.
- The age of the beneficiary will be at least 21 years.
Ambedkar Awas Yojana assistance amount details are as follows.

- First installmentb: ₹40,000 (with administrative sanction order)
- Second installment: ₹.60,000 (after reaching lintel level)
- Third installment: ₹.20,000 (on completion of construction including toilets)

- The Further, those who are eligible for assistance of ₹.12,000 for toilets will be separately eligible as per the rules of the scheme. But, if the beneficiary is not eligible for assistance for toilet, he/she has to construct the toilet from the mandatory assistance of ₹.1,20,000.

Online Application Process:
- To open the e-Samaj Kalyan portal, open a browser ( any one of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox ) and type https://esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in/
- The Most Click on the Please Register Here link to register on the e-Samaj Kalyan portal .
- The Very After clicking on the Register button, a window will open in which you have
- to fill in your name, gender, date of birth and caste information.
- The After registration, your UserID and Password
- will be sent to your mobile number via SMS . (If Email ID information is written then mail will also be sent)
- To login , fill in your UserID and Password and Captcha Code details and click on the Login button.
- After logging in for the first time, other personal details of the applicant have to be filled.
- Fill the personal information related to the scheme in the website.
- To view the details of your application click on View Application in that application online
- Fill all the details and click on submit button.
How to Check Application Status (Process):
- The Most Click on View Application Status button to know the status of your application .
- Then enter your application number.
- The Very Enter your date of birth.
- Then finally click on View Status button and see the correct status of your application.
